As a member of Soccer Manager you have a choice of competing in two Hrací svet types, being either Klasický herný svet or Obyčajný hrací svet.

Štandardné hracie svety consist of several Hrací svet types: Anglická liga, Majstrovstvá Európy, Majstrovstá Sveta, and several other country specific championships, for example Spanish Championship.

Obyčajné hracie svety are bought and created by members of the Soccer Manager community. The creator can decide on the format and also the rules for this Hrací svet.

A Hrací svet can be permanently closed at the end of a season if it has one or less managers and it is administered by the SMFA. If a Hrací svet is due to be closed then a warning message will be displayed within My Home.

Occasionally a Hrací svet will be shut down to conduct maintenance. This maintenance is usually brief to try and minimise disruption. Once this maintenance has been carried out the Hrací svet will reopen.
